These three cases stem from a petroleum pipeline accident which occurred in Mounds View, Minnesota, on July 8, 1986. The parties seek declaratory and injunctive relief and compensatory and punitive damages by their various suits and counterclaims. Federal question and diversity jurisdiction are alleged. Now before the court are three motions by Williams Pipe Line Co. (Williams). Two are for partial summary judgment.
