Boatmen’s Bank of Mid-Missouri (Boatmen’s) appeals the findings of the trial court in a declaratory judgment action. Boatmen’s filed the action seeking judicial interpretation and declaration of the rights and duties of Boatmen’s and Crossroads West Shopping Center, Ltd. (Crossroads) in a lease agreement that purported to provide an option to purchase the leased premises.
