CYNTHIA L. MARTIN, Judge.

Enterprise Bank and Trust (“Enterprise”) appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of Pointe Development, LLC (“Pointe”) in the amount of $51,469.92. Enterprise claims that the trial court erred in granting judgment to Pointe on its claim for breach of contract because Enterprise’s loan commitment included a condition subsequent that the cost of con struction could not exceed the loan amount which was not satisfied by Pointe, relieving Enterprise of the obligation to provide the loan.
