This is a suit in equity, brought by a group of persons who are described in the petition as "* * * members of Urban Heights Community Club, * * * an unincorporated association, and bring this action in behalf of themselves and all members of said club, as a class." Defendants are the legal owners of a tract of land, 60 × 80 feet, in Clay County, Missouri, upon which plaintiffs and other members of said club erected, and maintain, an adequate but modest building, used as a community club house.
