ADELE HEDGES, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Jeffery Tramone Dobbins, appeals from his conviction for aggravated assault on a public servant. At trial, the State presented evidence that appellant drove his vehicle at an off-duty deputy constable. The jury found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at eight years’ imprisonment. In his first three issues, appellant contends that the evidence was legally and factually insufficient to prove that he (1) acted intentionally or knowingly, (2) threatened the deputy, or (3) used a deadly weapon.
