Justice CARTER.
A jury convicted Justin Laroy Fagan of one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, for which he was sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment, and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, which resulted in a twenty-year sentence of imprisonment. Fagan appeals both convictions on the ground that the evidence was legally insufficient to support them. We find the evidence legally sufficient to support the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon conviction and therefore affirm that conviction. Because the evidence is legally insufficient to…
