NEVILLE, District Judge.

Petitioner seeks a writ of habeas corpus in this court. He is physically within the court’s jurisdiction by virtue of his present incarceration at the Federal Detention Center at Sandstone, Minnesota.

Petitioner was convicted in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee for endeavoring to bribe a juror in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1503 (1964), and was sentenced to three years imprisonment.
