ALARCON, Circuit Judge:

Eliodoro Valensia appeals from the sentence imposed by the district court following his plea of guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and to conspiracy to possess methamphetamine with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) and 846. The district court imposed a two-level enhancement pursuant to § 3Bl.l(c) of the United States Sentencing Guidelines (“U.S.S.G.”) for Valensia’s role as a manager or supervisor in the conspiracy, and it imposed a two-level enhancement pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 2Dl.l(b)(l) for the possession of a firearm in the…
