Plaintiffs filed this three-count complaint on November 6,1981. The first two counts allege that the individual defendants violated plaintiffs’ constitutional rights by using excessive force while effectuating unlawful arrests. Recovery is sought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“section 1983”).
