This cause was heard upon the record in the trial court. Each error assigned has been reviewed and the following disposition is made: {¶ 1} Appellants, James and Dorothy Jevack, appeal from the decision of the Lorain County Court of Common Pleas, granting summary judgment in favor of Appellees, Church of the Open Door ("the Church") and Open Door Christian School ("the School") (collectively referred to as Open Door), and John Washburn ("Washburn").
