COZORT, Judge.

The sole issue presented on appeal is whether the trial court erred in dismissing plaintiffs action alleging negligent tax advice, as time barred by the applicable statute of limitations. For the reasons set forth below, we hold that the judge erred.

According to the complaint filed 22 August 1989, plaintiff is the beneficiary of a life insurance policy purchased by Norma T. Pierson from defendant Jefferson National Life Insurance Company (hereinafter Jefferson National).
