Plaintiff, administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, sued defendant for negligently injuring her husband, causing his death. It is plaintiff’s claim that her husband, an employee' of the post office department, was injured by an explosion of gas negligently allowed to escape and collect under the loading dock at the post office in Grand Rapids, Michigan, which injuries caused his death, There is a direct conflict in the testimony as to the cause of the explosion.
