Defendant Nello L. Teer Company (Teer) has moved for summary judgment, and plaintiff has filed a countermotion, both of which raise questions with regard to the scope and application of § 62, Article 101, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, a portion of the Maryland Workmen’s Compensation law. 1 Through their counsel, the parties agree that, with respect to the question raised there is no genuine dispute as to any material fact.
