CRANDALL, Presiding Judge.

Defendant, Frazier Pratt, appeals from a judgment of conviction for possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced as a prior drug offender and as a persistent offender to a six-year term of imprisonment. He also appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion without an evidentia-ry hearing. We affirm the judgment of conviction and the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion.
