This action was instituted by the plaintiffs to compel the defendant sheriff to permit the plaintiffs, as redemptioners, to make redemption of certain real estate sold by him on execution and for an accounting of rents, issues and profits collected by the execution purchaser from the date of the execution and delivery of the sheriff’s certificate of sale. After issue had been joined, the cause was submitted to the court upon an agreed statement of facts.
