after making the foregoing statement delivered the opinion of the court.
A careful reading of the findings of the referee and of the evidence upon which they were based satisfies us that they ought to be approved. The findings show, that the receipts of the warehousing company were not entitled to the status of negotiable instruments; the transfer of which operates.as a delivery of the property mentioned in them.
