SIMONS, J.

Jesse Aloisius Roach appeals an order resentencing him under Penal Code section 1170.18, 1 enacted by Proposition 47, the Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act (Proposition 47). Appellant had been convicted and sentenced for multiple offenses in three separate cases. After having served a portion of his sentence, he petitioned for recall of his sentence and resentenc-ing under Proposition 47.
