MEMORANDUM
JOHN MORGAN DAVIS, District Judge.
Presently before this court is defendants’ motion to vacate our Order of May *24814, 1971 compelling discovery in the above captioned matter.
On January 27, 1971 the complaint was filed in the above captioned matter. On the same day, plaintiffs filed a motion for immediate discovery which was subsequently denied by us on February 3, 1971. Also on the same day, plaintiffs served interrogatories upon the defendants. Answers to these interrogatories were due pursuant to Rule 33 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure from the defendants by March 15, 1971, but…
