This appeal emanates from the conviction of appellant, William J. Campana, by a jury in the Mentor Municipal Court, for resisting arrest in violation of R.C. 2921.33.
On January 21, 1995, uniformed officers Ken Zbeiegien and Ken Butsey of the Mentor Police Department drove to appellant’s home in a marked police car to serve an arrest warrant upon him.
