Steinert, J. —

This action was brought to recover damages for personal injuries. The defendants denied liability, and affirmatively pleaded contributory neg ligence. The cause was tried to the court without a jury, and resulted in findings of fact from which it was concluded that the plaintiff was entitled to recover. Judgment was entered in accordance with the findings in the sum of twelve hundred fifty dollars, from which the defendants have appealed.
