Boslaugh, J., This is an appeal from a judgment for property damage, rendered against Charles Hilferty in favor of ap pellee on his counterclaim for damages caused, as he claimed, by a collision of the automobile negligently operated by Charles Hilferty with an automobile operated by appellee and from an order of the district court overruling the motion of appellants for a new trial.
