This action was brought by plaintiffs, as subcontractors, to recover compensation for their services in doing all the lathing and plastering on two ward buildings of the western state custodial school at Buckley. Defendants are the principal contractors and their surety. The bonds were furnished in accordance with Rem. Rev. Stat., §§ 1159-1161 [P. C. §§ 9724-9727], inclusive. The jury’s verdict was for plaintiffs, in the amount of $4,366.22. There was a second cause of action upon which the verdict was for the defendants.
