This is a patent infringement action involving a class of antibodies developed to treat certain auto-immune diseases. Plaintiffs Abbott GmbH & Co., KG; Ab*211bott Bioresearch Center, Inc.; and Abbott Biotechnology Ltd. (collectively “Abbott”) and defendants Centocor Ortho Biotech, Inc and Centocor Biologies, Inc.
