Introduction
This case is before the Court on defendant Riester & Thesmacher Co’s (“Ries-ter”) motion for summary judgment. The suit was brought by plaintiff Laszlo Vass, alleging disability discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and Ohio Revised Code § 4112.99, retaliatory actions in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, discrimination on the basis of national origin under Ohio Revised Code § 4112.99, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
