Alicia Massey appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation ("Krispy Kreme") as to her claims alleging retaliatory discharge in violation of Ala. Code 1975, § 25-5-11.1, breach of contract, and fraud.

Massey was hired by Krispy Kreme on November 6, 2000. The employment application signed by Massey stated that she was an "at-will" employee. On December 3, 2000, Massey suffered an on-the-job injury when she slipped and fell while working at a Krispy Kreme store located in Huntsville.
