WASHINGTON, Circuit Judge.
This appeal raises questions as to jurisdiction over suits brought in the District of Columbia for support of illegitimate children.
The three appellees are the minor children of the appellant father and Diane Tolliver. The parents have never been married to each other. The mother as next friend filed in the Domestic Relations Branch of the Municipal Court of the District of Columbia (now the Court of General Sessions) a suit against the father for maintenance of the appellee children.
