Actions by Charles Blaske, special administrator of the estates of Olga Blaske and Beatrice Blaske, deceased, for their wrongful deaths as the result of a collision between an automobile in which they were passengers and defendant railway company’s passenger train, operated by its employe, defendant Clarence Green, at a crossing at Sartell, Minnesota, about 8 p. m., November 3, 1946. Defendant denied negligence and alleged that the accident was caused by the negligence of the driver' of the automobile and the contributory negligence of decedents.
