This is an action by Corella Haukom against Chicago Great Western Rahway Company, a corporation, referred to herein as Great Western, and Olmsted County Bank & Trust Company, as special administrator of the estate of Benonie D. Haukom, deceased husband of plaintiff, for injuries sustained by her when an automobile in which she was a passenger, and which belonged to and was being driven by her husband, was struck by defendant railroad’s train on Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 56 in Dodge County.
