The plaintiffs filed a petition in which they allege that on the 1st day of April, 1946, they entered into a written partnership agreement with the defendant under the firm name of Gregg-Wilson Fire Protection Company. They attached to their petition as Exhibit “A” a contract of partnership in which they agreed to operate a business located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, for the purpose of selling, installing and maintaining automatic sprinkler systems and other fire protection and extinguishing equipment.
