MATTHEWS, Justice.

Alaska Statute 28.80.155(0) requires the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board to notify the Division of Insurance when it determines that an insurer has frivolously or unfairly controverted a compensation claim. Upon receiving notice the division must de*983termine whether the insurer has committed an unfair claim settlement practice under AS 21,36.125.
