Appellee recovered a judgment, in-
cluding’ indemnity, statutory penalty, interest and attorneys ’ fees in the total sum of $1,487.24, against appellant on an indemnity insurance policy issued by it to him, in the circuit court of Poinsett county, from which is this appeal.
The clause in the policy made the basis of this suit, is as follows:
■ “Total Accident Disability
“The company will pay at the rate of $12.50 per week, not exceeding one hundred and four (104) consecutive weeks, for loss of time resulting exclusively from bodily injuries caused solely by accidental means, which injuries,…
