This matter is before the Court on a “Motion to Crave Oyer”1 filed by Holloway and Rikjoy. In this Motion, filed under the case of Colinsky Consulting, Inc. (Colinsky Consulting) v. Richard A. Holloway, Jr. (Holloway) and Rikjoy Automotive, Inc.
