This matter came before the Court on the defendants’ demurrer and plea in bar, defendant’s motion craving oyer, plaintiff’s demurrer to the defendants’ counterclaims, and plaintiffs motion to disqualify counsel. After oral argument on October 29, Ms. Bonnie L. Paul of the defense apprised the Court of a proposal to Mr. Steven M. Blatt regarding the production of 2001 power of attorney by his client for consideration by the Court on the pending demurrers.
