This post-award bid protest filed by the incumbent contractor, Infiniti Information Solutions, LLC (“Infiniti”), challenged the award of a contract to Ideogenics, LLC (“Ideogenics”) to provide internet-related support services for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”). That contract had been awarded pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, 15 U.S.C. § 637(a).
