MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROGERS, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, who are members of the Libertarian Party of Kansas, challenge various provisions of the Kansas ballot access laws as unconstitutional. Plaintiffs contend that K.S.A. 25-303, 25-205, 25-216 and 25-3602 place unconstitutional burdens upon their voting and association rights as well as their equal protection rights in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
