MEMORANDUM OPINION
GERALD K. GIBSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter presently before the Court is the complaint of Ralph A. Veon, Inc. (hereinafter called “Veon”), debtor-in-possession pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, seeking a determination as to the ownership of certain bearer bonds totaling $200,000. The bonds are presently in the possession of Kenneth P. Simon, Esq., counsel for Veon. Defendants Warren Hinks, Jr. and Michael Cimba, Jr., officers of Veon, allege that they are entitled to the bearer bonds since they purchased the bonds with their own personal funds and…
