In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar alleged that the accused knowingly made misrepresentations in violation of DR 1-102(A)(3), engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice in violation of DR 1-102(A)(4), failed to provide his client with competent representation in violation of DR 6-101(A), and neglected a legal matter in violation of DR 6-101(B).
