I. Introduction and Background

Plaintiff Miguel Alvarez Collado (“Alvarez”) brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), appealing from the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying his request for Social Security disability benefits under 42 U.S.C. § 423. Upon a thorough review of the record, the Court concludes that the Secretary’s finding that Plaintiff is not disabled is not supported by substantial evidence in the record.
