This action was brought by the plaintiffs in the state court to recover from the defendant the sum of $790,-362, with interest, as damage suffered and loss sustained by reason of false and fraudulent representations of the defendant. The defendant petitioned for the removal of the cause to' this court, on the ground of diverse citizenship of the parties. The cause was brought to this court.
