This is an action to determine adverse claims to lot 8, in block 11, of the original town of Grace City. Tt involves also the encroachment of a cement foundation and brick Avail upon the adjoining lot 9. Erom a judgment quieting title to lot 8, in the plaintiff, and assessed damages in favor of the defendant E. E. Bradley, on account of the encroachment on lot 9, the defendants appeal.
