Otis, Justice.

The plaintiff, Joseph Auger, was injured when a tractor-trailer he was operating overturned while passing on the right an automobile which was being driven in the same direction and was slowing to a stop in preparation for a left turn. The jury awarded the plaintiff $26,500. Defendants appeal from an order denying their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict ór a new trial.
