¶ 1 This is an appeal from a judgment following a jury verdict in favor of Appel-lee-defendant. On appeal Appellant claims the verdict was against the weight of the evidence, that the verdict was rendered a nullity due to the absence of a juror, and that the court erred in two evidentiary rulings precluding the entry of certain evidence. We affirm.
