Irene Lewis, a minor, through H. L. Lewis her father, as next friend, sued the J. P. Word Transfer Company, a corporation, and William Walkenshaw, to recover damages for personal injuries received in a collision, between an automo--bile in which she and other members of her family were riding and a truck being driven by William Walkenshaw, occurring December 23, 1933, in the City of Dallas.
