The Court of Civil Appeals affirmed a judgment of the trial court in favor of defendants in error Muegge and Pardowski against plaintiff in error Empire Gas & Fuel Company for $1,358.20, on account of personal injuries and damage to their automobile truck arid other property, sustained when the truck in which they were traveling turned over and was wrecked in avoiding collision with an automobile truck, loaded with a ditch-digging machine, which had become wedged in an underpass on a public highway. 116…
