This suit was instituted by Nalle & Co., one of the defendants in error, against the Blazilmar Hotel Company, Howard Bland, T. W. Marse, A. J. Zilker, the Capitol City Building Co., John W. Hood, and F. J. Strassel, defendants in error, and Southern Surety Company, plaintiff in error, to recover the sum of $5,107.25 for material furnished in building the Blazilmar Hotel in Taylor, Tex., and for the foreclosure of mate-rialman’s lien on the hotel property.
