Plaintiffs Wade F. Hall, Hattie N. McCoy-Kemp, and Victoria F. Staton are former employees of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (“Amtrak”) and participants in Amtrak’s Retirement Income Plan for Employees of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (“Retirement Plan” or “Pension Plan”).
