This is an appeal by United Services Automobile Association (hereinafter the “Association”) from a judgment in a declaratory relief action brought by it against United States Fire Insurance Cbmpany (hereinafter the “Cbmpany”), John Chandler, Stephen Boyle and Henry M. Boyle. The Association sought to have determined the respective rights and duties of the parties as to certain insurance coverage.
