In this case involving the prevailing wage act (pwa), MCL 408.551 et seq.) MSA 17.256(1) et seq., defendants Lowell Perry 1 and the Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services (collectively, the department) appeal the circuit court’s final order granting plaintiffs declaratory and injunctive relief and the circuit court’s order for a writ of mandamus. We affirm.
