Plaintiffs, Portland Trailer & Equipment, Inc. and Tom Beason (collectively, Portland Trailer), appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants, A-l Freeman Moving & Storage, Inc. (Freeman), and Rob Robertson on Portland Trailer’s claim for wrongful initiation of a civil proceeding. Portland Trailer contends that the trial court erred in determining that the underlying action — which was dismissed without prejudice — was not terminated in Portland Trailer’s favor.
