PALLADINO, Judge.

T.B. Wood’s Sons Company (Employer) appeals'a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) granting unemployment compensation benefits to Walter Klenzing (Claimant). We reverse.

Claimant was employed at Employer’s Chambersburg plant and is a representative claimant for members of the United Auto Workers, Local 695 (Union), which is the collective bargaining agent for 322 of Employer’s employees. The Union and Employer had a collective bargaining agreement which expired on April 30, 1990. On April 30,1990, the Union engaged in a work stoppage. Claimant…
